Giants star Amani Toomer is splitting with his wife, claiming she not only reneged on a pact to have kids with the veteran wide receiver but went so far as to abort four pregnancies, according to bombshell court papers.[READ MORE]
Toomer has sued to annul his marriage to Dr. Yola Dabrowski, who won't get a dime if a judge upholds Toomer's argument that she committed "fraud" when they wed. She is seeking a divorce.
The divorce trial is set to begin tomorrow in Hudson County, N.J., Family Court.
Toomer, 32, alleges his wife refused to have the "big family" they had discussed before getting hitched in a Las Vegas civil ceremony in October 2002.
Toomer, who missed much of last season with a knee injury, is in the middle of a $20 million, five-year contract with the Giants.
Saying "all he ever wanted was for [Yola] to love and respect him," Toomer's filings also include claims that his wife:
- Quit marriage counseling after just two sessions, because she was "tired of lying to therapists."
- Does not like watching his games, and often ridicules instead of praises his play. She "even had the audacity to poke fun . . . when he made a catch [and] stumbled without being tackled," he alleges. And, she "always chose to travel [on vacations] separate" from him, opting to be alone and meet other people, making Toomer feel "abandoned and unloved."
- "Has begun smoking" although Toomer "has asthma and it is unhealthy for his profession to be near a smoker."
- "Basically abandoned" their Toomer Foundation, a charity they set up to help needy kids.

According to TMZ: TMZ has learned Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for allegedly attacking a man at a Hollywood Oscar party.
Gerard Rechnitzer was at a post-Oscar bash Sunday night with his fiancee at Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. At around 2 AM Monday morning, the 27-year-old Rechnitzer was on his way to the parking lot when he made a pit stop in the bathroom. When he walked out, he noticed his fiancee was surrounded by six men, including Combs. We're told the 5'7", 140 lb. Rechnitzer watched as Combs chatted up his girl for about five minutes, and then asked his fiancee to leave with him.
At that point, Combs allegedly told the woman he was having a party and invited her to come. Rechnitzer persisted and asked his fiancee again to leave with him. Combs then allegedly socked Rechnitzer in the jaw.
Rechnitzer, a real estate broker, called 911. The LAPD came out and took a report, but Combs had left before the cops arrived. An ambulance came but Rechnitzer declined treatment.
We're told the LAPD contacted Rechnitzer yesterday, and as many as five witnesses who observed the incident.

An urgent warning has been issued by the Health Department, warning the star-studded crowd who attended the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue party on Valentine's Day that they may have been exposed to acute hepatitis A. The list of possibly exposed guests: Beyonce Knowles, Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend Bar Rafaeli, and dozens of ridiculously hot bikini models.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health confirmed that an employee of Wolfgang Puck Catering was recently diagnosed with the disease, and has strongly urged anyone who attended the SI party, or any of the 13 other events catered by Puck between Feb. 1 - 20, to get an immune globulin shot by tomorrow to prevent illness.
When contacted, a rep from Puck's catering company would not tell TMZ which other events Puck catered, nor would they reveal how many other people may have been exposed to the illness. They did say, however, that no one who attended Sunday's Governor's Ball at the Academy Awards is at risk.
A rep for Beyonce told TMZ that they "were looking into it."

Foxy Brown claims she was a victim of police brutality during a beauty store bust in Florida nearly two weeks ago.
The rapper held a press conference yesterday, and attacked the Pembroke Pines Police for their alleged treatment of her during her February 15 arrest. The store owner claims Brown went on a violent rampage that included squirting hair glue, knocking over displays and spitting at him.
"The only crime I am guilty of committing is being a young black female celebrity in Broward County," said Brown. "I am the victim of an overzealous police department who engaged in police brutality and a money-hungry store owner whose motives are for me to pay his mortgage on his house and his children's tuition."
Brown added that the store owner barged in on her while she was on the toilet and demanded she leave the store , without giving her the privacy to get dressed. Though Brown went off on the police department and the store owner, she didn't deny the charges they filed against her.

His co-star, Jennifer Hudson, did win big - but lost big, too, because of the much ridiculed metallic bolero Andre Leon Talley made her put on. (Post fashion editor Serena French said it made her look "lost in space.") "Jennifer was kind of sponsored by Talley and Vogue," said one fashionista. "Andre insisted she wear that hideous Oscar de la Renta dress with the awful, awful gold python bolero.
"Jennifer really didn't want to, and so [noted stylist] Jessica Paster got her a beautiful gold Roberto Cavalli custom-made. But when Andre found out, he went ballistic. Moments before she left for the show, there was a power struggle and Jennifer ended up putting his outfit on."

Looks like Ray-J won't be adding Whitney Houston to his Kim Kardashian sex tape library -- he's already moved on to Lil' Kim!
Brandy's little bro was spotted over the weekend, tooling around with the recently sprung jailbird in his new Ferrari, rumored to have been purchased with some of the cool million Ray pocketed for the sex tape. The pair, who are currently working togerther on an updated version of their hit song"Wait A Minute" for Ray's upcoming album, arrived hand-in-hand to the Vibe Magazine pre-Oscar party at Area.
Kardashian was also at the party, but made a hasty exit after Ray-J and Lil' Kim arrived. Guess she's not into threesomes!
The new pairing comes just a week after Ray-J was seen getting cozy with Whitney in Las Vegas. Ray sure can roll 'em!

Is Eddie Murphy a sore loser? After failing to nab the award for Best Supporting Actor to Little Miss Sunshine’s Alan Arkin, Murphy tried to brush off the loss, telling Us, "It's fine. It happens. It's OK."[SOURCE]
But clearly it wasn't. Shortly thereafter Murphy, 45, and girlfriend Tracey Edmonds left the show in a huff and didn’t return. Thanks to the early exit, the actor didn’t see any of his Dreamgirls castmates perform and missed out on costar Jennifer Hudson’s win for Best Supporting Actress.
Eddie Murphy left his seat at the Kodak Theatre after losing the Best Supporting Actor Oscar (for Dreamgirls) to Little Miss Sunshine's Alan Arkin – but his rep says the comedian would have done the same thing even if he'd won.
"Eddie had always planned on leaving after his category was announced to spend the rest of the evening with his family," says rep Arnold Robinson, adding, "He did the same thing following the Golden Globe Awards." (Murphy did win at the Globes.)
But the actor, who was accompanied at the show by his girlfriend Tracey Edmonds, didn't exactly make a hasty exit. After they left their seats the couple were spotted just outside the theater doors in heavy conversation – and in a group hug – with studio head Harvey Weinstein.

There's one person who isn't wishing newly engaged couple Usher and Tameka Foster well: Usher's mom.SOURCE: NY Daily News
Sources tell us that Jonetta Patton is "flipping out" about the impending nuptials, as she isn't thrilled with the candidate for daughter-in-law.
Momma Usher once fired Foster as her son's stylist because "she didn't think she was dressing him according to the caliber of star he was."
Patton also suspected Foster was angling to replace her as the star's manager.
Last month, we caught up with the cozy couple at an event at Core Club, where Tameka assured us, "I'm just his friend, just his very best friend."
She added, "You can't go anywhere these days without being made into a girlfriend or engaged or something."
Usher's rep did not return calls.

1. This (lapdance) happened at a teen party in New Jersey.
2. Neither Diddy nor Misa were there and do not condone the behavior at all.
3. The security team that was with Justin that night has been fired because of their negligence.
Misa said: "It's so crazy. These teens think that it's nothing, like it's dancing. But this is big problem for Justin. Real big. I don't play that at all!"

For the second time in a year, Bobby Brown has been arrested while in town to watch his daughter at a cheerleading competition.[SOURCE]
Brown was picked up at Attleboro High School on Sunday night on a warrant for failing to appear at a child support hearing in October.
The 38-year-old singer was scheduled to appear Monday afternoon in Norfolk Probate and Family Court, said Adam Loomis of All State Constables in Weymouth.
"He was supposed to show up and prove everything was up-to-date," Loomis said.
In October, Brown paid $11,000 in delinquent child support after being threatened with arrest if he stepped back into Massachusetts. He owed over two months of payments to Kim Ward, of Stoughton, the mother of two of his two children. It wasn't immediately known if Brown still owes child support.
Brown was cooperative outside the high school, and borrowed Loomis' cell phone to arrange to get out of jail, the constable said.

Sources tell ET that BRITNEY SPEARS returned to Promises residential treatment center on Wednesday night after checking out of the Malibu, CA, facility earlier that morning.SOURCE: ET Online
Also on Wednesday, a desperate Britney was photographed using an umbrella to hit a car outside the home where her ex, KEVIN FEDERLINE, is reportedly staying. The photos reveal a furious Britney, dressed in white shorts and a hooded sweatshirt, repeatedly striking an SUV with an umbrella.
After reportedly spending 45 minutes outside his residence, Britney's mom picked her up and eventually brought her to the rehab facility.
Britney first checked in to Promises on Tuesday. Her manager LARRY RUDOLPH released a statement that day, saying, "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Stop! In the name of pre-Oscars peace. A long-simmering dispute between Motown founder Berry Gordy Jr. and the makers of Dreamgirls bubbled up yesterday in the form of a full-page ad in Daily Variety.
"Dreamgirls is a work of fiction," said the ad, signed by DreamWorks and Paramount Pictures. "For any confusion that has resulted from our fictional work, we apologize to Mr. Gordy and all of the incredible people who were a part of that great legacy."
Gordy's spokesman, Paul Freundlich, says the music legend complained about what the movie, whose plot parallels the story of Diana Ross and the Supremes, implies about Gordy and Motown.
The film's Gordy-like figure, played by Jamie Foxx, is a ruthless Svengali involved in shady business deals. And, says Freundlich, "a much more clear and distinct relationship between Dreamgirls and Motown was made in the film [version] than in the play."
Gordy, 77, is "very protective" of his company's reputation, says Freundlich. "The people who were involved in Motown were his kids."
A studio spokesman says the matter has been "amicably resolved."
In a statement, Gordy sang a conciliatory tune: "I applaud [the studios] for doing their part to clearly differentiate the fictional movie Dreamgirls from the real Motown. I wish [DreamWorks and Paramount] all the best in the forthcoming Academy Awards."

“Will and I both have our little Hollywood crushes,” the “Collateral” star says in an upcoming issue of Tango magazine. “For me, it used to be The Rock [wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Douglas Johnson]. For Will, it was Salma Hayek and then Beyoncé for a while.”
In fact, while some Hollywood spouses get nervous about being married to a sex symbol, Pinkett is so comfortable with her husband’s hottie status that she says she wishes he’d do more on-screen smooching. “I wish Will would do more [love scenes]!,” Jada shares, “People want to see that.”

Moments after shaving her own head in Esther's Haircutting Studio in Tarzana, Calif., a teary Britney Spears blurted out, "'My mom is going to freak,'" according to salon owner Esther Tognozzi, who says she tried to talk the pop star out of her radical do.[SOURCE]
Accompanied by two bodyguards, Spears walked in with a hoodie covering her head and told Tognozzi, "'I want you to buzz my hair off.'"
Tognozzi first tried to talk Spears out of going through with the shave, then after refusing the pop star's request, Spears told her, "'Then I'll do it.'"
During Spears's visit, which came after news of her short rehab stint broke, Tognozzi describes the pop star as having "no expression." However, she notes Spears smiled for the cameras when waiting photographers caught sight of her newly shorn look inside the salon.
Before Spears slipped out the back door, Tognozzi asked her if the buzz cut was a symbol of a new beginning. Spears's response: "'Something like that.'"

Part urban singers and part urbane songstresses, sibling duo Brick & Lace are genre-busters who staunchly defy the 30-second pitch. The amalgamated sound that makes up their 180/Geffen debut, Love Is Wicked, is unique, though also at once very familiar.
Born to a Jamaican father and an American mother and raised predominantly in Kingston, Jamaica, on an opulent musical diet of reggae, R&B, hip hop, pop and country, 26-year-old Nyanda and 24-year-old Nailah Thorbourne couldn’t help but be trans-eclectic. “We are a hybrid,” affirms Nailah in her effortlessly sexy West-Indian lilt. “It’s not fabricated at all; it’s who we are.”
Indeed, who they are is evident in their moniker: “Our mother came up with the name ‘Lace’ and we immediately liked it,” explains the incisively passionate Nyanda. “But we still felt that there was an edge missing, so I came up with ‘Brick.’ It has stuck with us ever since and has evolved with us.”

"To my understanding it is absolutely false. Tons of people were in VIP and they said that this is completely false. My only thought on it is the only reason she's saying this is so that she can bring a lawsuit. It seems like something that's money driven because if he had touched a woman that is 4'11 and 100lbs in Atlanta, Georgia in a public place amongst so many different types of people. I mean from all different walks of life
We entered the party between 11:45 and midnight. I don't know what time she claims that this took place. I was away at the rest room. When I returned the woman was being thrown out of the club. Her and her friend that she was with.
When we exited the club, the police approached us with her story. It was so far fetched that I didn't really give it that much attention. But I see that it has basically grown because she created some kind of a Myspace page. I did see the pictures myself. I saw it. It looks horrible but it appears to me that whatever took place was way more extreme than an altercation that could have happened in the VIP station in a crowded club.
It appears that she has been assaulted to the extreme. And we believe that that's something she did. And the police here in Atlanta said that they don't believe it. And they don't feel like it's something that I should give a whole lot of attention to. But because of her blasting it. I guess through an email blasts and different things she done to allow people to hear her story, they have forced me to respond. It will be dealt with through my lawyers and the right people to be handling that. I think she's looking for money. That's what this all boils done to in my opinion."
The woman mentioned that at one point you got involved and said something to the effect of "I got the piece in my Louie." And I believe the Louie she was referring to is your Louis Vuitton bag.
"That's silly. That sounds silly to me. I have to be honest and say that the reference to the purse or gun all sounds very, very childish. It doesn't sound like anything I would say. And at the point the police were there. So I don't think they would have let me say that."

On 2/11/07, the night of Young Jeezy's platinum party in Atlanta, GA at the Velvet Room. The party was packed to the brim. People were pushing to get close to Jeezy. We where in vip which there were a lot of people pushing back and forth. A young woman that stood 4'11, she probably weigh at least 100lbs was standing in front of Monica's fiance "Rodney Hill". From what I witness she mistakely touch Rodney's glasses and he started to go off and while she was apologizing to him he grab her by her hair and pull her down and punched her. I was soooooooo shock from what I was seeing. When the young lady got up her eye was closed shut! But Rodney wasn't done yet. He almost started to attack the young woman's friend with a bottle. Up until now I highly respect Monica. I am probably one of her biggest fan since Miss Thang days, but she and her abusive fiance showed their true colors that night. Even when everyone was outside and they were talking to the police, she wanted to start more trouble, by saying "I got the piece in my Louie" as if she wanted to do something to the girls. Rodney did not get locked up for this niether did they take a statement from him. This type of activity is unacceptable that she would let her fiance hit on a small woman. I would have the pictures of the woman's eye up in a couple of hours. DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT THE WOMAN WHO THIS WAS DONE TO. SHE IS ONLY TALKING TO LAWYERS AND PEOPLE WHO MATTER. WE AS HER FRIENDS ARE DISMAYED BY HIS AND MONICA'S ACTIONS THAT NIGHT. WE FELT A NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW. THIS TRULY DID HAPPEN AS YOU CAN SEE, THE PICTURES ARE REAL, AND THE DATE IS BLOTTED OUT BECAUSE THE CAMERA WAS SET WRONG. IF WE HAD SOMETHING TO HIDE WHY WOULD WE EXPOSE THE DATE TAKEN OFF.

The piece also covers the former American Idol contestant's emphasis on family. Hudson says, "My grandmother always taught me, 'If you don't have a home, family, and church, you don't have anything.' " She also has code names for the awards shows. (Golden Globes are Hot Dog, Oscars are Hot Dog II.)

According to Judy Stone, who wrote a corrosive profile of Luna for The New York Times in 1968, the model was "secretive, mysterious, contradictory, evasive, mercurial, and insistent upon her multiracial lineage -- exotic, chameleon strands of Mexican, American Indian, Chinese, Irish, and, last but least escapable, Negro."
Media interest in Luna's racial heritage seemed to cause her enormous discomfort and in interviews, she tended bristle when she was described as black or Negro. ("She's white, didn't you know?" a boyfriend told Stone.) When Stone asked her about whether her appearances in Hollywood films would benefit the cause of black actresses, Luna disdainfully answered, "If it brings about more jobs for Mexicans, Chinese, Indians, Negroes, groovy. It could be good, it could be bad. I couldn't care less."

Movie fans couldn't pass up three Eddie Murphys for the price of one. Murphy's comedy "Norbit," in which he plays three wildly different roles, opened as the top weekend movie with $33.7 million, according to studio estimates Sunday.[SOURCE]
Murphy had not had a starring role in a movie since 2003's "The Haunted Mansion" but "Norbit" benefited from huge acclaim and publicity he has received for "Dreamgirls," for which he is expected to win the supporting-actor Academy Award.
"He wasn't that visible on marquees in huge hits for a while, then suddenly every time you turn around, it's `Wow, what a surprise. Eddie is great,'" said DreamWorks spokesman Marvin Levy.
But while it was the year's biggest opening so far, "Norbit" was not able to lift Hollywood out of its box-office funk that has seen revenues fall for six straight weekends. The top 12 movies took in $91.3 million, down 10.5 percent from the same weekend in 2006, when "The Pink Panther" and "Final Destination 3" both debuted in the $20 million range.
"Norbit" was the 14th No. 1 opening for Murphy and came in well above the expectations of distributor Paramount, which had projected the movie might pull in about $25 million over its opening weekend.
The movie was trashed by critics, but the lure of Murphy again handling multiple roles as he did in "Coming to America" and "The Nutty Professor" proved irresistible. Murphy plays mild-mannered Norbit, his grossly overweight and overbearing wife and a Chinese orphanage owner who raised him.
