Vivica A. Fox called a state patrol officer a "racist white cop" during her drunken driving arrest and repeatedly failed sobriety tests, according to an official report.
The 42-year-old actress, who is Black, was pulled over in March after passing a California Highway Patrol officer who said her Cadillac was doing 80 mph and weaving in its lane on the Hollywood Freeway.
"Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, 'Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this. ... Well, are you?'" according to the report.
Fox continued to speak in a "condescending manner" as she was placed in the patrol car, according to the report. She was taken to the Van Nuys jail, where a breath test was conducted but had to be stopped when she "burped quite loudly," the report said.
"The report stands on its own, and we can't comment further because it's a case pending before the courts," said Fran Clader, patrol spokeswoman.

ELLE: Your songs portray a man who's particularly adept at seduction. Do you feel you're better at seducing women than the rest of us?
T: I'm definitely more talented than most of the guys I know. A lot of guys who just want to have sex will sit with the same woman and try all night. I'm able to look at a woman, have a five-minute conversation with her, and tell if it's a waste of time or not. I figure things out a lot faster.
ELLE: Your song "I'm Sorry" was about getting caught cheating. How have you dealt with this particular scenario?
T: My ex-girl told me, "I love you so much, and I know it's just a phase you're going through." When a woman comes at you like that, you look at her as being so mature because she understands if I'm cheating, it's not her problem, it's mine. When a man cheats, it's not a reflection of what she's not.
ELLE: Have you learned anything about how not to get caught?
T: A lot of men are very sloppy with the way they cheat. You can get caught from your cell phone or hanging around the wrong people while you're doing your dirt. Or you can get caught after a woman purposely leaves something in your car.

Rapper Foxy Brown was attacked by three female friends of her ex-boyfriend yesterday morning. The lady thugs pulled out her hearing aid and tore out chunks of Foxy's hair weave and also stole Brown's handbag and $500.
Brown allegedly dumped Roshawn Anthony after finding out that he was a pimp. The angry ex then called the three attackers to beat up Brown. According to a police source in the Daily News, "they beat her bad. They ripped out her hair weave. Her hair was a mess -- and that seems to be what she cared about most."
As tumbleweave gently flitted through the street, Brown drove around with police until they were able to find Anthony, who has been arrested and charged with assault.

So many people are excited to be working with her. ... She was just in the studio with Kanye West. She's going to be doing some stuff with Pharrell. Wendy Williams is obsessed with me. I think that is so sexy to have someone talk about me every day, especially when I don't have a CD, demo or TV pilot. I'm just a stylist and designer and if I can be mentioned in the same breath as Diddy, then I must be doing something right. I think she loves me more than she lets on. I need to make her a part of my marketing team.
I'm probably one of the most down-to-earth, non-Hollywood people you'll ever meet. I'm real, not plastic. So you'll never see me smiling perfectly in every picture or waving my hand for the cameras like a princess on a float. If anything, I'm always trying to avoid taking pictures. I'm shy in that way. The spotlight is Usher's lane.
Yes, I do plan to have children with Usher. This is the man I love and plan to spend the rest of my life with so why wouldn't I want to share that bond of bringing another life into this world with him.

THE SALT ‘N’ PEPA SHOW
"Push It." "Let’s Talk About Sex." "Shoop." "Whatta Man." The songs are as legendary as this rap duo. Twelve million records sold. A first ever Grammy awarded to a female rap group for Best Rap Performance. Three MTV Video Music Awards.
Then, in 2002, at the height of their success, Salt ‘N Pepa suddenly called it quits. Rumors swirled that Salt had found God and Pepa wanted to pursue an acting career. Despite the speculation, the girls remained silent. Until now.
On “The Salt ‘N Pepa Show,” VH1 will follow the ladies as they attempt to reunite on and off the stage in this funny, often touching reality series. They soon discover however, that achieving this is easier said than done since most of their past issues are still unresolved. Salt is angry about being unappreciated when they were together and Pepa blames Salt for breaking up the group. Their lifestyles are also polar opposites: Salt has indeed found God and is living a quiet life in Long Island with her husband while Pepa is still the party girl and up for anything. Can they overcome their differences long enough to heal their friendship and perform again?

As he prepared for Game 4 of the NBA finals, LeBron James became a father for the second time. His girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, gave birth early Thursday to the couple's second son, Bryce Maximus James.
James was at the hospital for the delivery and appeared a little sleepy following the Cavaliers' morning shootaround at Quicken Loans Arena.
"It was a late night for him," Cavs coach Mike Brown said. "But he's young; he's fine."
The 22-year-old James said he would comment on his son's birth during his media availability before Game 4.
Maximus is the name of the lead character in "Gladiator," a movie about a powerful Roman general, who is betrayed and seeks revenge for his family's murder as a gladiator. The film is James' favorite.
Bryce, who weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long, was born at 12:51 a.m. at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, near his father's hometown of Akron.
"Savannah and the baby are healthy and doing well," said Keith Estabrook, a spokesman for the player and his family.

It's not a rumor. I was arrested Friday night for resisting arrest. It was non violent. I was in Tampa and was stopped by the cops who, for some reason, thought my cousin had a gun. They searched him, threw him up against the car," explains Dennis in loose detail.
Feeling that the search and interrogation by local police was unnecessary Dennis became concerned. "I started asking questions and asking for badge numbers and names of the officers," says Dennis as the incident began to escalate.
"They got to shoving and they pepper sprayed me and they locked my a$$ up. That's pretty much what happened. It wasn't like it was a big altercation. It happened so fast. In maybe like four or five minutes the whole thing was done," says Dennis still in disbelief.
Dennis reassured SOHH that all the waiting for her solo CD won't be in vain. She says the delays were simply due to label politics and differences of opinions concerning her image.Source: SOHH.com
"Let me say that I don't mean Puff solely, but label executives in general often aren't on the same page creatively as an artist. Now, I must say, I love the Sopranos, watched it every Sunday...But not like that. I don't have the patience to really focus on the nitty gritty details, so I like most of us felt a little slighted at the ending of series finale. Enter the theories! I've heard and read a lot of them and I must admit...David Chase is a genius for this shit! He has everyone racking their brains to figure out what really a happened. That makes for great TV history...anyhoo, here is the best explanation I've read so far via MissInfo!“Ok so my friend just sent me this I think she got it off some sopranos web site thing.
Read, it sheds a little light
He was killed….
in fact, the ending was genius if you’ve paid attention to the show or are just a fan of well developed well thought out plots that all tie together and have the memory of a champ to remember it all the ending was simple, he got killed, but let me tell you all why and explain in detail… There was 3 people in the room total who had a reason to kill tony….. the two black guys, they were paid before to kill tony but he was only shot in the ear, this was in one of the earlier seasons, also in the
earlier seasons, the trucker who was sitting at the bar stool, who the camera kept focusing in on, is Nikki Leotardo, Phil Leotardos nephew, he was in one of the early season episodes where Phil and Tony have a sit down….
Heres where the genius comes in….
When tonys walking in the diner, you see the camera focus on him, then it switches to his perspective, and you see him looking @ the booth hes gonna sit at… then the camera switches back to Tony’s face, then it once again switches to his perspective, and it shows him looking @ the door and looking @ the people come in….. Every time the door opens the Chimes sound…….
Carmela walks in, Chimes, AJ walks in Chimes, this when Meadows parallel parking, still trying to get inside the restaurant….
At this point the camera switches back to the trucker who goes in the bathroom……Then it goes to a scene where meadow finally parks and starts running in the diner….
The doors about to open, Tony looks up….
and No Chimes………………….
no Music…………
everything just goes black……………
In one of the early episodes of the sopranos, tonys talking with bobby about what it must feel like to die..
Bobby says “at the end, you probably dont hear anything, everything just goes black”
Part of that was revisited in the second to last episode during the last seconds of it, when tonys about to go to sleep and he flashes back to the memory of him and bobby on the boat… “You probably dont hear anything everything just goes black”
So in the end, the Journey song was playing, the chimes on the door sounded but when meadow came in, the guy in the trucker that came out
and killed tony…
Its the reason you don’t hear, or see anything when he died…. it was
from his perspective…. and everything went black, then the credits rolled”

Cheri Denni, the sexy singer of Bad Boy, was arrested over the weekend. Apparently, she had some type of encounter with the police that resulted in a night in jail. She reportedly had a lil’ something with the police. She reportedly got out of jail after posting $500 bond. I don’t know all the details, but I do have her mug shot in my possession. The speculation is over: After a controversial season, Isaiah Washington will not be returning to Grey's Anatomy, his rep and ABC Television Studio have confirmed.Source: People
Howard Bragman, Washington's publicist, says Washington's option was not renewed, and released this statement from the actor: "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more."
Bragman did not elaborate on the statement, a reference to the 1976 film Network.
The cast was notified Thursday night of the final decision, which, says a source close to the situation, was a long time coming. In the end, the source says, Washington's behavior made him a liability.
Rumors ran rampant following the season finale – during which Washington's character, Dr. Preston Burke, broke up with his fiancée, Christina Yang (Sandra Oh), and moved out of their apartment – that Washington would not be returning.

About $16,000 worth of belongings was reported stolen from the home of the late Marquise Hill's mother while she was at the funeral for her son, a New England Patriots lineman who drowned last week, police said Wednesday.Source: ESPN
No suspects have been identified in Saturday's burglary at the eastern New Orleans home of Sherry Hill, who told police that she left for her son's funeral at 10:45 a.m. and discovered the break-in when she returned around 5:45 p.m.
"It's an open case," said New Orleans Police Department spokesman Garry Flot. "We don't know who did it."
A telephone call to Sherry Hill was not answered.
Flot said a laptop and a television were among the stolen items. A rear bedroom window was apparently pried open.
"Everybody knew his funeral was on that date," Flot said of Hill, a former LSU star who played sparingly for the Patriots.
Hill's family, friends and teammates gathered in New Orleans for his funeral Saturday, nearly a week after he drowned in a personal watercraft accident on Lake Pontchartrain.
Besides his mother, Hill, 24, is survived by his fiancee Inell Benn and his 2-year-old son Mashy.
Hill, who helped relatives rebuild in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, was home for Memorial Day weekend. He and a female friend went for a ride on the watercraft without life vests and fell into the water. The woman survived, but Hill drowned in an area of swirling currents.

After just three days behind bars, TMZ.com is reporting that Paris Hilton was released early Thursday morning.
The reality TV star and heiress was originally sentenced to 45 days for violating the terms of her probation following a DUI arrest. The judge cut her sentence to 23 days and she entered a Los Angeles County jail on Sunday night.
An "unimpeachable" source told TMZ.com that Hilton was released early Thursday morning.
Paris Hilton has been fitted for ankle bracelet and reassigned to house arrest, after authorities decided to release Hilton from prison due to medical reasons, this according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson, Steve Whitmore.
Whitmore says he cannot release details about Paris' medical issue due to confidentiality.
