I think are getting all we can stand from LisaRaye and the drama of her impending divorce, which can't be a divorce for another year since the TCI requires that you be married for 3 years before you can legally end a marriage... So they will actually have to just separate for now.

She revealed her bruises to Essence.com, however I am still confused how her publicist refutes that it was a violent altercation, yet Lisa is looking like she just got out the ring with Mike Tyson, bite marks and all...

The drama doesn't seem to dampering her spirits however as she looked dolled up with smiles as she arrived in her Rolls Royce at paparazzi-magnet Mr. Chows in L.A. last night, even signing autographs.

The details of the LisaRaye and Michale Misick divorce drama keeps on coming. Lisa's publicist gave some details about the report showdown at the mansion, refuting that it was as violent as reported...

"There was no pushing, there was no slugging, there was no swinging of arms, there was no tussle, nothing like that," says Jeter. However, her account of the incident – as told to her by LisaRaye and LisaRaye's cousin Phillip Travis – corroborates much of what has already been reported; that LisaRaye and Travis went into the house against Misick's will; pushing and shoving took place between the two, Misick's sister became involved and LisaRaye was bitten (and bit someone) at some point during the altercation.

Now, the buzz is also turning on Lisa claiming that the infidelity is on her part, I hear that the drama really popped off after Michael Misick had a private investigator follow Lisa in the states and caught her booed up with some young dude... some say that she's been canoodling with the very married Gary Peyton... But the drama didn't keep the soon-to-be former first lady from arriving at LAX in style...


Whew...I can't keep up with all of this?! Everyday it's something new. But it gets deeper of course.

This give "not going without a fight" a whole new meaning... According to reports LisaRaye bust in on soon-to-be-ex husband at their Turks & Caicos mansion which resulted in a physical altercation, bite wounds and trips to the hospital!

The fight, which reportedly occurred in the presence of a number of government officials, including the Minister for Health and Education, Lillian Been-Boyce, resulted in both Misicks seeking emergency medical attention for bites. Each has filed a police report against the other. [SOURCE]

Lord help 'em...Word is she had returned to the island to negotiate the divorce settlement and and he refused to let her stay in the mansion, so she drove her car through the barricade to go all "Diamond" on his ass!

“It is with great sadness that I have to announce that my husband and I have separated.

Last night, Wednesday August 13, 2008, an attempt was made by and on behalf of my husband to first prevent my entry into our home and then, later, to make me leave our home by force.

It was necessary for me to receive medical treatment for injuries suffered and in relation to those injuries I shall continue to assist the police force with its enquiries.

Whilst it is my sincere wish to avoid unnecessary conflict, I shall not be intimidated, nor shall those individuals whose job it is to protect and represent me.

I ask that my privacy be respected in these difficult times and I believe that the people of the TCI will understand and support my wish to receive the necessary independent representation from the legal counsel of my choosing. I hope that, in time, the TCI government will come to share that view.

Although I have always been a supportive wife even in light of the very serious allegations currently pending against the Premier, there are limits even for me.

I continue to have the utmost respect for the people of the TCI who have always shown me kindness and support. I vow to continue my work amongst the people of Turks and Caicos Islands.

Just after reports of LisaRaye being back on the island working to keep the marriage together, it looks like the marriage between LisaRaye and Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misickis over and done, he announced late Tuesday.

“I am announcing that I am separated from LisaRaye McCoy-Misick," Premier Misick said in a statement emailed to EUR from his PR rep, Judy Smith. "I am committed to dissolving the marriage amicably. I believe that this is a private matter and will have no further comments. I hope that our privacy will be respected."

Damn shame. Can people keep the institution of marriage sacred? Geez.

The Internet been burning up these past couple of days with revelations that 106 and Park's own Rocsi been creeping with actress LisaRaye's husband, Turks and Caicos Premiere Michael Misick. While most sites credit a press release from LisaRaye's people confirming that Rocsi is a skank, The Whole Nine blog posted eyewitness accounts DAYS AGO claiming Rocsi had been walking around the Misick household in a bathrobe giving tours of the house while LisaRaye was in Atlanta for Jermaine Dupri's So So Def weekend. Then yesterday on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, gossip contributor Jawn Murray added more fuel to the fire claiming LisaRaye told him personally that Rocsi was having an 'out in the open' affair with her husband and that she was going to come on the air and give out her husband's personal phone numbers so anybody who wanted to could call and ask him why he's being such a asshole parading his mistress around. I bet Gary Payton's wife is saying, "That's what you get bitch!" You ain't know? LisaRaye was rumored to have been Gary's thing on the side for years, despite his marriage.

AND...I do remember reading that Rocsi was "out of the country" after the love spat that went down on 106 & Park a few weeks ago. Hmmm... AND LisaRaye has really been partying like a rockstar, a soon-to-be-divorced rockstar that is here in the states!

Lisa Raye’s husband, the premier of Turks & Caicos Island, Dr. Michael Misick has been hit with allegation of rape by an American woman, said to be a friend of Lisa’s.

The above is his brief statement denying the allegations.

News hit this weekend of the impending allegations and that both local authorities (TCI Police) as well as the FBI were informed. No other details are being reported on the matter. However, word is that Lisa Raye is currently in the states.
