According to TMZ, Rev. Run issued the following statement about the tragic death of his daughter to the Associated Press:

"On Sept. 26, 2006, Victoria Anne Simmons for some unknown reason chose to come early and unfortunately did not survive," his statement said. "We must accept whatever is there and once you accept unconditionally, then everything is beautiful. Every pain has a purifying effect. So whatever comes your way, just be thankful. We see life in death and believe in the celebration of life in death."

"While I was growing up, my mother set a good example for me, which included eating right and drinking milk," said Tina. “I have passed that on to my daughters, and now my grandson. Keeping ourselves busy with the clothing line and Beyonce's new movie, we manage our weight by watching what we eat and drinking milk is a big part of that."

Is this a Got Milk? ad or a House of Dereon? Beyonce always hustlin'! I am not mad atcha...

Terrell Owens denied a police report he attempted suicide, saying he became groggy after mixing painkillers with supplements.

He said Wednesday the confusion likely stemmed from an empty bottle of pain medication found by his publicist, who was with him at the time and called 911. He said the rest of the pills were in a drawer.

“I was non-responsive when she made that call,” Owens said. “She made the call out of her judgment for my well-being.”

Owens blamed a combination of hydrocodone, a generic form of Vicodin, with all-natural supplements for making him ill.

“It’s very unfortunate for it to go from an allergic reaction to a suicide attempt,” he said.

Owens was released from the hospital before noon. He flashed a thumbs-up to reporters as he left, went home, then made it to team headquarters in time to catch passes from quarterback Drew Bledsoe.

Cover-up or misunderstanding? Either way he's doing better for now...

If you are a fan of the MTV Show Run's House, then you know the last season ended with Justine being pregnant with what she hoped was a girl, unfortunately she has suffered a terrible loss. After watching both seasons you feel like you know the family on some level and so it is such sad and shocking news...

A rapper's wife gave birth Thursday, but the scene quickly turned to tragedy after their newborn girl was pronounced dead.

Rev Run, a.k.a. Joseph Simmons, shocked fans last year when he announced that his wife Justine was pregnant on his MTV reality show "Rev's House."

Justine's pregnancy was the cliffhanger on the MTV show last season. It generated intense interest among viewers who have been anxiously following the pregnancy and awaiting the birth.

Simmons, a member of the legendary rap group Run DMC, was at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood New Jersey Tuesday for the birth of his child. Doctors delivered the baby via c-section, revealing a cruel twist of fate -- the baby girl was born with organs outside the body. The newborn died a short time later.

TMZ has learned that MTV cameras were inside the hospital at the time of the birth, though we do not know if they were in the delivery room.

***UPDATE***
YBF makes a valid point...As horrible as it would be that someone would make some sick shit like that up, I would like to hope it is a hoax, but I'm following the story!

This story could very well be a hoax. MTV themselves (who were reportedly at the hospital) does not have this news posted anywhere on their website. This is also not in any other news other than TMZ. Also, the Simmons daughters were spotted out partying with T.I. this weekend and that is suspicious to me seeing that the baby reportedly died Thursday night. If someone decided to make up a story like this, they have a special place down under. Developing...

According to MTV News, here is what Kelly Rowland has to say about her new album My Story,

It was basically a list of songs that I put together about the past three years of my life, with love and relationships," Rowland said of the album. "And I remember listening to the record, and I was just like, 'I don't want this to be too deep to where, you know, [I] lose people.' I still wanna have my party records, and I still wanna make people get up and bob their heads and vibe a little bit. And the record was too full of midtempos and ballads, so I wanted to bring it up a little bit. I mean, I'm 25. I'm young!

n general, I'm going in the urban, more R&B route," Rowland said during a break from the Garrett sessions. "Of course, that's what I started with with Destiny's Child, [but on] my first solo album I did more of a pop-sounding record. So I wanted to go back to my roots and dibble and dabble with some beats.

Well I'm glad she realized the songs were boring because she is definitely not that and I know fans want to hear her sing fun and upbeat stuff and keep it R&B! She has a great voice and pop music is too simple for her! Let's hear some runs...LOL

Another shocking story! I guesss the whirlwind around him has taken a toll on him, after watching his story on one of those biography shows, I see why he acts out. He had a terrible childhood and unfortunately money can't fix that...

Flamboyant Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide by overdosing on pain medication, even putting two more pills into his mouth after fire rescue personnel arrived.

A Dallas police report released Wednesday morning said Owens told rescue workers “that he was depressed.” The report was first released by WFAA-TV.

The rescue worker “noticed that (his) prescription pain medication was empty and observed (Owens) putting two pills in his mouth,” the police report said.

The worker attempted to pry them out with her fingers, then was told by Owens that before this incident he’d taken only five of the 40 pain pills in the bottle he’d emptied. The worker then asked Owens “if he was attempting to harm himself, at which time (he) stated, ‘Yes.”’

According to MediaTakeOut.com Miss Jones has a lot more going on than being suspended from the station for being an ass to Mama Knowles...

In an exclusive interview, an insider at New York's Hot 97 told MediaTakeOut.com all about Miss Jones' battle with weight. According to our source, the radio DJ recently exploded in size - growing to nearly 300 lbs.

And the source told us, "[Miss Jones] was having trouble dealing with her weight gain ... she was becoming really nasty to everyone, including guests." But a few weeks ago, according to our source, Miss Jones decided to take a dramatic step. Our tipster tells, "she told everyone at the station that she was taking a leave for medical reasons - but word quickly got around that she was having her stomach stapled."

And the stomach stapling couldn't have happened at a better time. According to our tipster, Miss Jones' weight was beginning to cause problems at the station. Our source explains, "when [Miss Jones] is on the air she sweats a lot and some days it gets really musty in the studio." The source went on, "the heavier she got, the worse the studio smelled ... one time another DJ complained and we had to leave the door open so that the studio could air out."

Got 2 Be Down Ft. Faith Evans

powered by ODEO
I posted this song a while ago and I adore the two of them vocally together. It really reminds me of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell. Very soulful song!

Complicated

powered by ODEO
One of my absolute favorites (and it's hard to have just a few) but the this song is definitely often repeated! A great mid-tempo groove that you can't help but bop to. And well what can I say? I'm a "Complicated Melody"

Would That Make U Love Me

powered by ODEO
Oh how I feel this song, the melody is great! Another mid-tempo track that makes you want to sing along.

Lost Without U

powered by ODEO
One of the most slept on song os the year, a hit this summer but poor promotions kept it a well kept secret in the mass media. It was my offical myspace song for months, until everyone else jumped on it [SMILE]! It is a sexy song with a mellow groove that makes you want to move your hips [chicas only though]!

Ask Myself

powered by ODEO
Great drums and a great melody!

All Night Long ft. Lil' Wayne

powered by ODEO
Teaming up again with Lil' Wayne, for another hot track. This is definitely an unlikely pair but they work so well on a record.

Wanna Love U Girl Ft. Pharrell

powered by ODEO
Hot song during the summer, took too long to come out with the video, but I've been on it from day one and we all know that scientist say that I am the second sunshine so...LOL Anyhow, hot song...we all know!

Teach U a Lesson

powered by ODEO
This song was on the pre-release leaked earlier this year, but I dig it so much! His songs are so out of the box...and well if he was my teacher I'd be late on purpose so e could keep me after school!

I Need Love

powered by ODEO
Add this song to your "Baby Making Mix"...pure R&B love music...I love it! You can really hear his range in this song.

Everything I Can't Have

powered by ODEO
Okay, I think he really has a knack for knowing how to make you move your hips, and this song makes you move your hips, legs, and arms. A hot latin beat and a catchy chorus!

Can U Believe

powered by ODEO
A not-so-typical pop ballad for you! I love the end of the song..."If nobody's watching, You will never know" and I am a sucker for a guitar!

Shooter Ft. Lil Wayne

powered by ODEO
Originally on Robin's first album, A Beautiful World, Shooter was inspired by his experience of a bank robbery. Lil' Wayne heard the song and wanted to remix it and it became a hit! On Lil' Wayne's The Carter II, it one of my favorite lyrical performances by him. I definitely blast this one in the car!

Cocaine

powered by ODEO
Another favorite that leaked earlier. Great uptempo track!

2 The Sky

powered by ODEO
The music and instruments on this track are incredible! A mix of blues and jazz it is defitinely in a tie for my favorite (with Angels) but it such a deep song. You can't help but feel it!

Lonely World

powered by ODEO
Another strong ballad, definitely a mood-setter.

Angels

powered by ODEO
This is the other absolute favorite song on the album. Could be a great wedding song. I adore the lyrics and the vocal is wonderful!

This is by far one the most anticpated albums by his legion of fans! I am included in that legion as well...I love this album front to end! I have some others that didn't make it on the ablum to be released that I will share. He is definitely a musical force to be reckoned with and I so happy that he is finally getting released after over a year of waiting!

Enjoy it!

YEAHHHHHH....BOOOOIIIIII!!!!

Okay so this week Flav has scaled it down to the final four and this shit has more drama and emotion than any college basketball game...

So here are the highlights of last week's show:

Deelishis gets the first shot today by saying that Krazy is dumb and foolish for confiding in New York and "dancing with the devil."

New York attempteded to read the Flav-O-Gram with her best impression of a dramatic actress, and well that hoe can't read! Since they were "Slicking" [err-umm, maybe "Slicing"] things up, Flav planned on taking Krazy and Delishis on the first overnight date to Long Beach and New York and Bootz are headed the country with Flav the next day.

New York, of course, goes into a melodramatic, crying about not being able to go on the first date.

Deelishis does an on point impersonation of New York and points out her inability to read...all while New York goes upstairs in a typical New York temper tantrum and cries about how hurt she would be if Flav doesn't pick her again this season. [Well that would just make good TV]

[Yeah, I had the same look too!]

So off on the first date. Flav takes the two girls on a yacht and says "I'm taking Krazy and Deelishis for a day on the water. It might be so nice, we can make me a daughter." [WTF?]

In the process of the ass-watching, Flav manages to lose an earring. So Deelishis gets down to help him look for it and end up with their tongues in each others' throats. Krazy gets all jealous and jumps in and takes over. Deelishis get sea-sick and heads to the bottom to toss her lunch. This gives Krazy all the time to get Flav's attention.

In the confessional, Deelishis confides that she's really, really fallen for Flav, and unless something "really big" happens, she plans on telling Flav to eliminate her because it hurts her too much to see him with the women.

Flav takes them to dinner and asks them how they feel about him and Krazy goes first. She gives her high school musical rendition of the "I really like you" speech in a long planned out monolouge. Deelishis rolls her eyes the whole time. The subject of her singing comes up and he asks her to screech sing and she gives her best impression of good singer with head-shaking and hand-waving to match.

Flav asked "Do you ever want to make a record?" To which Krazy [like a dumb ass] says yeah, but it takes money and she does have any. [BAM] It hits Flav right on the head and he finally thinks again about why Krazy is really there.

Deelishis goes next and the waterworks begin about how she wasn't sea sick as much as she was sick to see him with someone else. This is anough for Flav to choose her to take back to the room.

To add insult to injury, he tells Krazy bye and calls her Deelishis on accident...[Deelishis got a kick out of that] Krazy, of course, is in tears, but she says it's because she's mad at Deelishis for being two-faced.

Last Shot: Deelishis with her ass up in the air and Flav little ass snoring on top of her...[That's just uncomfortable to watch, man!]

Next up is New York and Bootz for their date in the wine country. Up walks three horses, which only mean one thing...comedy! New York in the confessional says she thinks she pulled it off...

[Uhhh Nope, try again!]

Flav was locked on Bootz and of course, New York was having none of that and kept butting in and trying to demand Flav's attention. After a while they get up to stomp grapes and ended in a nasty shower scene...

For dinner the attention goes back to Bootz and New York gets all needy and catches an attitude because Flav isn't paying an ounce of attention to her, so she tells Flav that he owes her a one-on-one. Flav gave her a courtesy laugh and turned back to Bootz.

New York storms off and Flav goes and runs after her and convinces her ass to come back and then asks her to stay the night with him. Back at the table, New York acts like a crazed idiot as usual!

When they go up to the room New York starts making these sounds that I will forever repress...but according to New York they took "chunks of each other" and "chunked it up" all night...

[BLOCKED FROM MIND]

Okay so its time to eliminate and to be honest I thought Krazy would go but there was a chance Bootz was going because of her commitment to celibacy...[yeah that's reality TV for "I don't want to sleep with you"]

And then it happens...the most gangsta moment of all the Flavor of Loves...

On her way out, Bootz reaches in her cleavage and pulls out her number and tells Flav:

"Call me when you get sick of these hoes."
