In promotion of her season premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim sent Page Six some flicks of her and her boonopolous Reggie Bush [yes, it still hurts at times to think about it] during a recent vacay to the Dominican Republic... Kim arranged a dinner and cake for Reggie's birthday, and they supposedly spent their vacation lounging by the pool and receiving treatments at the spa before checking out of their approximately $1,000-per-night one-bedroom bungalow on Sunday.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres on E! this Sunday, March 9, at 10 p.m. EST

Self-pornographer/celebupal Kim Kardashian has moved on from Nick Cannon and is onto a former Heisman Trophy winner, Reggie Bush, according to Us. Kardashian and Bush were spotted late last week at Teddy's in L.A., grinding and making out on the dance floor all night. If that weren't public exposure enough, the pair then went out to dinner at that bastion of Hollywood privacy, The Ivy, on Saturday night. The pair were introduced by none other than Kim K's pal Paris Hilton, who had dated Bush's teammate at USC, Matt Leinart.

The Saints tailback has not been banned from the Playboy Mansion. In fact, Bush was present at Saturday night's Golf Scramble party. "Reggie was at the mansion on Saturday night enjoying the Playboy Golf Scramble party, so no he's not banned," said Playboy spokesman Rob Hilburger. "We're not sure where the rumor came from."
