Two people are recovering after suffering minor burns from pyrotechnics at a Beyonce concert in St. Louis.

And while the fans were being treated at an emergency room, they got a visit from the singer herself.

It happened last night at Scottrade Center, where the R&B singer was performing as part of a world tour. Two concert-goers were taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital after pyrotechnics spilled into the crowd.

Hospital head nurse Darryl Williams says the injuries were minor. And after the concert, Beyonce showed up to check on the fans and sat with them for about 45 minutes.
