The pair were spotted with matching tattoos of the Roman numeral "IV" to mean "forever" on their ring fingers...As you can see before she jet-setted off to the City of Romance to meet her beau, there was no tattoo, however while in Milan promoting Armani's Diamonds we caught a glimpse of it.
