So I don't need to talk about Jamie Foxx's sister to catch that early flight, but yes, that is Jamie's half sister, who does have down syndrome. She was at his 40th birthday party in Miami this weekend...

But she does look like she really wants a piece of that cake...stop hogging the cake Eric, geez!
