We got hold of court papers flied last year by Lakisha Renae Hall. A judge ordered Miller to stay 500 yards away from Hall and have no contact with her.

And the plot thickens. Shaq is not the only one who incurred Miller's wrath. In October 2007, Miller tried getting a restraining order against Jonathan Stubbs, claiming he stalked her -- once pulling out a gun, shooting it once and yelling, "Who were you with?" That petition was dismissed because Miller never followed through.

Andre Young Jr. was out with friends Friday night and his mother later found him "unresponsive in bed" when she tried to wake him early Saturday morning, coroner's spokesman Ed Winter told Reuters. She immediately called paramedics, who later pronounced Young dead at the scene.

"Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr. Please respect his family's grief and privacy at this time," said a statement released by his spokeswoman.

An autopsy was conducted and the cause of death is still pending toxicology and other tests, which may take six weeks or more, Winter said. [SOURCE]

A statement on Obama's Web site said Biden "brings extensive foreign policy experience, an impressive record of collaborating across party lines, and a direct approach to getting the job done."

In selecting Biden, Obama passed over several other potential running mates, none more prominent than former first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, his tenacious rival in dozens of primaries and caucuses.

Clinton issued a statement Saturday praising Obama's decision and calling Biden "an exceptionally strong, experienced leader and devoted public servant."

The decision is intended to give the Democratic ticket depth in areas Obama was labeled as weak by his Republican opponents — foreign policy and global security.

Superior Court Judge Gail Flake also sentenced the rapper, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, to seven years probation and 200 hours of community service. Harris also must get substance abuse treatment and a mental evaluation and attend anger management classes.

“She feels a great deal of remorse for what she did,” said Harris’s lawyer, Thomas Clegg. “She is willing to accept responsibility for what she has done.”

A handful of Harris’s family sat on the back row of the courtroom. They wept when a sheriff’s deputy took her into custody.

“I love y’all,” Harris, 34, said as she was led out of the courtroom.

LISARAYE has changed her mind. The "All of Us" actress was planning to divorce Turks and Caicos Premier Michael Misick, but now she's moved back into his mansion. "It's not that she would miss him, she would miss her position," said our source. "She's grown accustomed to the lifestyle - the gifts, the cars, the status." The two have had problems since they wed in 2006. LisaRaye has been linked to former NBA star Gary Payton. In April, Misick was accused of raping one of LisaRaye's friends, a claim he denied. Bernie Mac, the Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated actor and comedian who worked his way to Hollywood success from an impoverished upbringing on Chicago’s South Side, died Saturday at age 50.

“Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital,” his publicist, Danica Smith, said in a statement from Los Angeles.

She said no other details were available and asked that his family’s privacy be respected.

The comedian suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body’s organs, but had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently was hospitalized and treated for pneumonia, which his publicist said was not related to the disease. [via MSNBC]

Freeman's lawyer, Bill Luckett, told the Memphis Commercial-Appeal newspaper that the divorce action is pending. Freeman's wife is Myrna Colley-Lee.

The lawyer declined to provide details. There was no answer early Thursday at phone numbers for Luckett or for Freeman's publicist.

No divorce papers have been filed in Tallahatchie County where Freeman owns a home with Colley-Lee, according to Tallahatchie County Chancery Clerk Anita Mullen Greenwood.

The Internet been burning up these past couple of days with revelations that 106 and Park's own Rocsi been creeping with actress LisaRaye's husband, Turks and Caicos Premiere Michael Misick. While most sites credit a press release from LisaRaye's people confirming that Rocsi is a skank, The Whole Nine blog posted eyewitness accounts DAYS AGO claiming Rocsi had been walking around the Misick household in a bathrobe giving tours of the house while LisaRaye was in Atlanta for Jermaine Dupri's So So Def weekend. Then yesterday on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, gossip contributor Jawn Murray added more fuel to the fire claiming LisaRaye told him personally that Rocsi was having an 'out in the open' affair with her husband and that she was going to come on the air and give out her husband's personal phone numbers so anybody who wanted to could call and ask him why he's being such a asshole parading his mistress around. I bet Gary Payton's wife is saying, "That's what you get bitch!" You ain't know? LisaRaye was rumored to have been Gary's thing on the side for years, despite his marriage.

In the September issue of Ebony Magazine, Michelle Obama discussed her marriage, fashion sense and how she balances motherhood and work. Her best accessory? Barack Obama.

“Barack and I — as partners, as friends and as lovers — we accessorize each other in many ways, the best thing I love having on me is Barack on my arm and vice versa, whether it’s having him standing there smiling at me, or watching him mesmerize a crowd or talk to some seniors in a senior center.”

Should she become first lady, Michelle Obama says her primary focus will be on their two daughters — Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7.

Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman was seriously injured in a car accident in Mississippi on Sunday night according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Police report that Freeman, 71, was driving eastbound on Highway 32 near the town of Ruleville, Miss., around 11:30 p.m. when his car left the road and flipped several times.

Police say Freeman and a female passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle and the actor was flown to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn., where he was listed in serious condition. There was no word on the condition of the passenger.
