Eye Spy: Rihanna Gets Inked in L.A.

Rihanna was spotted enjoying the lovely L.A. weather, shopping, and getting a little ink work done with her BFF...Just an average Monday! I love the hat but only in California can you sport sandals and trench coat and it make sense. Damn I miss it...
