If you are looking for the hottest concert with both Hip Hop and R&B, this may be the best that it could get! Jay Z and Mary J. Blige are teaming up to co-headline a U.S. Tour this year, yessir! That's my kind of show... Billed as the "Heart of the City" Tour, it begins March 22 in Miami. Not all dates have been confirmed but many citiessuch as New Orleans [I'm there!], Houston, Las Vegas, Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Feb. 15.
