Vivica A. Fox called a state patrol officer a "racist white cop" during her drunken driving arrest and repeatedly failed sobriety tests, according to an official report.

The 42-year-old actress, who is Black, was pulled over in March after passing a California Highway Patrol officer who said her Cadillac was doing 80 mph and weaving in its lane on the Hollywood Freeway.

"Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, 'Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this. ... Well, are you?'" according to the report.

Fox continued to speak in a "condescending manner" as she was placed in the patrol car, according to the report. She was taken to the Van Nuys jail, where a breath test was conducted but had to be stopped when she "burped quite loudly," the report said.

"The report stands on its own, and we can't comment further because it's a case pending before the courts," said Fran Clader, patrol spokeswoman.

Bloggers and readers have moved past the Beyonce vs. Kylie Minogue comparison to debate TMZ's description of Beyonce's space-like outfit used in the opening of her BET performance last week as "Roboho." One columnist in particular, Jasmyne Cannick, compared the use of "ho" to that of Don Imus...Not to mention, they described Eve attire as "Streetwalker chic!"

I kind of find it laughable! What do you think?

Her album "Because I Love It" has been released overseas...a U.S. release date has not been set. After listening the Japanese release, I don't think it's strong enough to be released in the states, it could easily be overshadowed by the other summer releases...

After a ill-worded slip up in Essence Magazine, it's been confirmed by PEOPLE that Usher and his fiance Tameka "Liar Liar" Foster are expecting...We all knew it, so it's no surprise. It just makes us all shudder at the thought! Ughh...Usher should have listen to Mother Patton! The baby is do in the fall, which means she must be at least mid-pregnancy...With his next album due around the same time, does anyone else smell publicity stunt?!
"We are extremely excited at this point in our lives planning our wedding and the joy that comes with expecting our first child together," the couple said in a statement released to the Associated Press Wednesday.

"We hope people will be happy for us and respect our privacy during this happy period in our lives."

This is Tameka's 4 child and is still most likely her ex-husband's child...Usher is quickly becoming a train wreck a la Britney Spears...

In Case You Missed It: 2007 BET Awards

Wow...If you missed the 2007 BET Awards then well, you can catch it over the next 2 months or so because you know it's about to be on repeat!! Less technical difficulties this year and better production proved to make this year go quite well! There was no shortage of performances...


It started with a bang joining the original Effie, Jennifer Holiday and the Oscar winning Jennifer Hudson for a show stopping performance of "And I am Telling You." It was great, but those faces Jennifer Holiday was making gave me nightmares!





Host Mo'Nique was not playing baby! She repped for the big girls with her dancers with another Beyonce inspired dance performance, though I thought the first time was better! However, her wardrobe changes were definitely on point!





Beyonce killed it in her $100,000 Balenciaga leggings and matching bustier to "Get Me Bodied" which she can probably do in her sleep. My intuition was right and it was a Destiny's Child reunion on stage...




I am not mad at all...see you next week @ Essence!!

Everyone is comparing her space-age attire to that of Kylie Minogue's outfit during her "Come Into My World" Fever Tour...Judge for your self! But it may time for Beyonce to hire a new tour manager...that's all I'm saying.



Kelly got her shine on, Eve was looking F-A-B in her white ensemble, as well...Kelly better work on those vocals though, she was out of breath by the time she made it to the stage!

I just need some one to tell me what the hell Michelle was doing on her pedestal at the end?!


Diddy had a love triangle on stage with Keyshia Cole and Lil Kim...lovin' the white on Keyshia too!


Robin...I'll be seeing you too next week at Essence! Sexy...loved the band too!


T.I. and/or TIP came out...ey ey Cap'n! Love him nonetheless!



Erykah Badu was wonderful...performing "Sweetest Hangover" in the tribute to Diana Ross.
