First, MTV is clearly struggling! If this is what you get on the 25th anniversary, then I have less hope for the future. The venue was odd to me, too. I like some of the match up on performance, especially Leona Lewis on Weezy's "Misunderstood" and T.I. with Rihanna. It seemed like they are relying on just the performance to carry the show. Russell Brand was okay as host, there have been much worse, like say Marlon and Shawn Wayans.

I can just remember when this show was the hottest thing all year, now it's like TRL on crack... The awards are pure BS staged winners. Come on, Britney takes home 3 moonmen. I mean I'm happy the girl is getting her life together, but I am sure her promo commercials were paid partly in moonmen.

Christina Aguilera welcomed her baby boy this past Friday and to say thank you, she released the official video for "Save Me From Myself" which is one of my favorites from Back to Basics. The video is just as endearing as the song!

Reports say that Christina Aguilera and hubby Jason Bratman also welcomed their baby. No word on the gender or name but the couple announced the birth in a quick text message to friends and family around 4 p.m.: "Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doing well!"

Update: People reports that Christina and Jason had a baby boy and named him Max Liron Bratman and he was 6 lbs., 2 oz. and 20.5 inches long.

Halle Berry came out glammed up for the 2008 Palm Spring International Film Festival Awards Gala. Showing off her very much still fabulous legs, she graced the red carpet in a great and simple black dress.


Christina Aguilera also went short as she stepped out with her hubby for dinner in a barely there dress. She should be in count down mode with her due date around mid-January.

Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera have both finally admitted to what we all knew...they are with child! J. Lo chose to reveal the news at her concert last night in Miami...

Jennifer Lopez told South Florida concertgoers Wednesday night that she and husband Marc Anthony have a baby on the way. “Marc and I are expecting,” Lopez told the crowd in Miami.

After her announcement, Anthony kissed Lopez’s belly. “I didn’t know she was going to talk,” he said.

Lopez, 39, did not say when she was due to give birth. [SOURCE]

Christina Aguilera says she's expecting a baby, finally confirming what has become obvious over the past few months.

The 26-year-old singer told Glamour's U.K. edition that her plans for New Year's Eve involve a new baby.

Christina Aguilera confirmed what we all suspected...She with child!

Christina Aguilera is working on converting "Come On Over Baby" into a lullaby.

E! News confirmed Tuesday that the five-time Grammy winner and hubby Jordan Bratman are expecting their first child together. This will be baby number one for both.

There was no immediate comment from a publicist for the couple.

"I am looking forward to moving into another form of what I feel is another creative outlet for me and that would be acting," the 26-year-old singer told reporters Monday in Shanghai, where she was to hold her first mainland China concert.

Aguilera, who married music executive Jordan Bratman in 2005, said she was taking her time reading and understanding the film industry.

"It is something that, when I attempt to do it, I want to do it right so it's important for me that I do choose the right first role for myself," said Aguilera, who will perform Tuesday night at the Shanghai Grand Stage, host to earlier performances by the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and the Black Eyed Peas.
